1. Registration & Participation

• By registering for the Global Triumph Foundation Events, participants agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
• The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without providing a reason.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All registration fees must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the event date.
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer.
• If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be nominated in writing at least 7 days before the event.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.

3. Event Changes & Postponement

• The organizer may modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format due to operational or unavoidable circumstances.
• In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or government restrictions, the event may be postponed or conducted virtually.
• The organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or inconveniences caused by such changes.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Any participant violating these rules may be removed from the event without refund.

5. Use of Personal Information

• By registering, participants consent to the use of personal data for event-related communication.
• Contact information may be shared with sponsors or partners unless opted out in writing.
• Photos, videos, and recordings captured during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content presented at the event remains the intellectual property of speakers or organizers.
• Participants may not copy, distribute, or use event materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Opinions expressed by speakers are their own and do not represent the organizer.
• The organizer is not liable for technical issues during virtual or hybrid events.

8. Security & Access

• Participants must carry valid event badges or QR passes at all times.
• Unauthorized access or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks if necessary.

9. Vendor & Exhibitor Terms (If Applicable)

• Exhibitors must comply with stall allocation guidelines and timelines.
• Any damage caused to event property will be charged to the exhibitor.
• Promotional materials involving sound or public demonstrations require prior approval.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable event jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
